Support Vinmec HOs recruitment process: sourcing candidates, phone screening, scheduling interviews
Maintaining the talent pool database: recruitment sources, managing applicants data, data reporting monthly,...
Employers branding: create engaging multimedia content on social recruitment media platforms (Facebook, website Vinmec, Landing Page) to showcase our company culture, work environment, and candidate experiences
Participate in many recruitment projects of Vinmec such as: enhancing candidates experience; supporting foreign members; digitizing recruitment process, etc.
Collaborate with HR department of Vinmec Hospital branches (nationwide) to support part of the hiring process
Maintain relationships with university associations, event coordinators.
Additional duties as requested by direct manager
Yêu cầu
Final-year/Graduated university students (NEU, FTU, RMIT, BUV,...), majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,...
At least 6 months of experience in recruitment sector
Have strong design and editing skills (Canva, using color palettes, edit images and videos, etc.)
Diligent and proactive, have logical, clear and coherent thinking
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
Strong command in English is a plus
