Mô tả công việc
Administrative Support:
Prepare, process, and manage sales documents, including quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices.
Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales data, and project documentation in the CRM system.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team.
Customer and Sales Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely communication.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, demos, and other materials for customer meetings.
Track and monitor the progress of sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and KPIs for management review.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and business opportunities.
Operational Optimization:
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, and logistics) to streamline processes and resolve issues.
Support the sales team in enhancing operational workflows and improving customer satisfaction.
Yêu cầu
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a sales admin role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
Familiarity with IT products, solutions, or services is a strong advantage.
Good at English and Japanese
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic understanding of IT terminologies, products, and services.
Other Requirements:
Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with data analysis tools or software is a plus.
Strong team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
