JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the General Manager in handling daily administrative matters and ensuring efficient work processes.
Manage company accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records.
Participate in and execute the personnel recruitment process, including resume screening, interview arrangement, etc.
Handle internal company documents, including writing, editing and translation of Chinese and Vietnamese documents .
Coordinate internal meetings, prepare meeting materials, and record meeting minutes.
Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Gender and nationality: Female, Vietnamese.
Language skills: Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken), able to handle written documents in English.
Professional Qualifications: Possess an accounting qualification certificate and possess independent bookkeeping capabilities.
Work experience: Familiar with personnel recruitment process, office administration and other clerical work. Candidates with relevant work experience are preferred.
