Mô tả công việc
1. Main duties:
1.1 New product launching:
Follow up the product samples and quality certification checking flow.
Preparing POG data.
Create product code, place orders
Tracking product certification expiration.
1.2 Mailer:
Support MD to collect, push and update promotion scheme from suppliers.
DOIT form and Maler check
Price change on System
Inventory check/ Product display in store / POP
Manage supplier delivery schedule through RDC
1.3 Contract following
Preparing new supplier contract document / Liquidation
Supplier payments/ rebate tracking
1.4 Other supports:
Sales/ inventory reports
Competitors survey
Other documentary/ administrative tasks.
Support and handle tasks from MD, Manager assign.
2. Rules and Regulations
Follow all working procedures, the companys policies, rules and regulations.
Related departments: Accounting, Supplier management, RDC, Operation team, Legal, ..
Yêu cầu
Bachelor/College degree
Fresher is welcomed
Adaptable and flexible, Integrity and transparency
Good communication and teamwork skills
Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good command in English (Written & Oral)
Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
