JOB SUMMARY
Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to ensure the efficient procurement of materials at competitive prices. The primary duty of the postion is to lead sourcing team, direct the resource and talent to achieve company objectives and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. Identify supplier about tool commodity and Finish Good in SEA country to extend the non-PRC vendor pool;
2. Do the cost analysis to understand the cost level in SEA area;
3. Working with OPEX and commodity to develop the competitive supplier to our AVL;
4. Ability to operate independently and to take the initiative in accomplishing job responsibilities;
5. Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills;
Yêu cầu
Education
Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in sourcing or purchasing, preferably in a leadership role.
Knowledge
Knowledge of procurement processes and strategies, market and industry trends, supplier relationship management, risk management, cost breakdown analysis and project management; preferably with various categories of purchasing including plastic and electronic components.
Functional Skills
Must have mobility skill to travel to the supplier to do the first survey.
Good communication, listening skills and interpersonal skills.
