Company overview:
SATRACO, officially known as Saigon Beer Trading One Member Limited Liability Company, is a subsidiary of SABECO specializing in warehouse management and nationwide distribution of SABECOs beer products. The company operates a modern warehousing system and an extensive distribution network, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to distributors and retail outlets, playing a crucial role in SABECOs supply chain.
Job accountability:
• To Support General Director in managing daily business of the company
• To involve in business projects as and when assigned by GD
• To lead short term business projects as and when assigned by the GD
Job responsibility:
SUPPORT PROJECTS & CONDUCT TASKS:
• Participate in business projects of developing business of the company as project members
• Once assigned by GD, lead business assignments that need to work across functions of Satraco/Sabeco.
SUPPORT GD IN DAILY TASKS
• Make business appointments, follow up and update progress of tasks that are being taken.
• Acting as interpreter in different meeting as and when required
• Review, correct and submit business documents to GD to approved as and when required.
• To be coordinator for annual budget planning process of the company as assigned by GD
OTHERS
• Taking other ad hoc tasks assigned by GD as and when necessary.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 04 years working in the position of
Business Development
or Executive Assistant
• Budgeting and Project Management skills
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
