*We are looking for PE Assistant Manager (facilities management) who is willing to work with the detailed description below:
- Monitor, follow and evaluate the performance of equipment, infrastructure, facilities systems and energy saving in Company as well as give improvement and optimization actions if needed
- Monitor and cooperate closely with contractors in repairing and maintaining facilities in accordance with standards and regulations of safety and cost
- Take responsibility for the installation, relocation and improvement of equipment and facilities to meet companys business activities
- Ensure equipment and facilities systems meet governments regulations and standards of health - safety - environment
- Make and implement the overall maintenance plan of facilities systems to ensure smooth operation
- Work closely with all relevant departments to solve problems caused by the operation of equipment and facilities systems
- Supervise and implement fire prevention and fighting in the factory, and coordinate with authorities to organize fire prevention and fighting training for employees
*Benefits:

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree with 3-4 years of experience in similar position of facility/ maintenance management
- Intermediate English level and good command of MS Office
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving and decision-making skills
