Mô tả công việc
In charge of paper work for contract, termination notice, liquidation, payment... with local suppliers, partners, customers
Responsible of receiving/ returning orders from customer and create/ update sales order in the system to deliver to customer/ return to warehouse.
Responsible of receiving/ transferring stock between warehouses
Follow up and record documents with Internal Process and Documents in hard & soft copies
Support Teams and cooperate with other departments to ensure efficient function
Summarize and track payment progress (if any)
Understand and follow the internal company process.
Prepare Daily Report, Weekly Report, Monthly Reports: Nespresso Reports, SSL Report, Timesheet Report
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor’s degree in English, Logistics, International Business, Economics, etc.
Having under 1 year working experience in administration, preferably with foreign companies
Well organized and good follow up on multi-tasks.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office especially Excel)
Good command in written and spoken English.
Careful, proactive and reliable.
Dynamic, supportive as Can Do attitude.
