Mô tả công việc


You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering effective coordination with global teams, and supporting the growth of Joola’s presence in Vietnam. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who can handle diverse responsibilities with efficiency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office activities, manage supplies, and ensure a productive, organized workspace for the team.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Vietnam office and headquarters in the U.S. and Korea, managing schedules, materials, and meeting follow-ups.
- Manage expense tracking, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting, ensuring compliance with company and local standards.
- Coordinate shipments, track inventory, and manage stock levels to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Organize logistics for events and travel for team members, visiting colleagues, and local promotional activities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management, ensuring adherence to local labor laws.
- Build and maintain vendor partnerships, manage contracts, and ensure vendor compliance with company standards.

Yêu cầu ứng viên


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably within an international or sports-related company.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic bookkeeping software.
• Proactive, with excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English to interact effectively with global teams and local partners.
• A passion for sports and an interest in contributing to the growth of pickleball in Vietnam.
