Mô tả công việc


1. Coordinate and organize training activities effectively.
Assist trainers in preparing training materials and slides.
Prepare documents and contracts with learning service providers.
Plan, arrange, organize, and support learners during and after training sessions.
2. Manage, organize, and store learning materials.
Help identify reputable learning resources based on Learning Paths for various roles.
Organize and categorize learning materials on the company’s online knowledge platform.
3. Support diverse projects related to Learning Culture Development (e-learning platform development, Learning Culture communication, Internal Trainer development, etc.) as assigned by project managers or supervisors.
Handle logistics and prepare related materials.
Conduct research to support projects.
Collect, report, and store information.
Organize, coordinate, and take minutes in meetings.
4. Perform tasks as directed by higher-level positions.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Cooperative, diligent, and detail-oriented work ethic.

Ability to listen and communicate clearly.
Strong resilience and ability to manage detailed operational tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good English skills (focus on listening and reading).
Familiarity with basic design tools like Photoshop or Canva is an advantage.
Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality.
Available to work full-time, five days a week.
