Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
Source candidates from various social platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook,... or networking,...
Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
Communicate professionally with candidates to provide timely updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Support the talent acquisition team with administrative tasks and maintain recruitment data accuracy.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.








Yêu cầu ứng viên




Fresh Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good English skills, both written and spoken.
Basic knowledge of sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn.
