Mô tả công việc
Be responsible for update and maintenance of internal database (local and expat staff).
Carry out procedures related to welcome new staff, signing required documents, etc.
Induction for new comer, including initial training and company tour.
Update and manage the human resources information database, and personal documents.
Support administrative tasks such as temporary meal cards, stationery, and purchasing for departments.
Receive incoming/outgoing dispatches and papers, scan and transfer them to competent department for settlement.
Perform other tasks as required by line manager.
