Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
Process periodic payrolls, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Account Reconciliation:
Reconcile payroll accounts monthly and ensure all payroll transactions are accurately recorded.
Resolve any discrepancies concerning payroll records.
Reporting:
Prepare various payroll-related reports as required by management, finance, or HR.
Assist in financial audits related to payroll and respond to audit findings.
Tax Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely remittance of payroll taxes, workers compensation, and other government filings.
Stay updated with federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements; ensuring compliance.
Benefits Administration Support:
Work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate benefits deductions and liaise with benefits providers as needed.
Assist in the administration and reporting of retirement plans.
Employee Queries:
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.





Yêu cầu ứng viên


Previous experience in a payroll or accounting function.
Knowledge of payroll procedures and best practices.
Proficient with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Understanding of local, state, and federal payroll tax regulations.
Intermediate or Advance level of English
