Mô tả công việc
- Supporting HR specialists in tasks such as: arranging resumes, sourcing potential candidates, posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews with candidates, addressing candidates inquiries.
- Undertaking administrative HR tasks such as data entry, organizing personnel files.
- Continuously researching and updating information on the job market, average salaries in various industries.
- Assisting the administrative department in organizing team-building activities.
- Any tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Student from university majoring in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, diligent, eager to learn and explore new things.
- Always having a sense of responsibility, completing assigned tasks well.
- Having knowledge of and interest in learning about regulations regarding salaries, bonuses, insurance, labor laws, etc.
