Mô tả công việc


1. Review, prepare, and advise on all contracts/ legal documents of the Company with suppliers, vendors, customers, public institutions.
2. Review, prepare, check the legality of the Company s documents and transactions, reports to the local authorities which ensure with the company’s activities complied with the Vietnam law and protects the company from risks.
3. Provide legal advisory, develop, adjust, and review the Company’s system of regulations, processes, and internal rules to manage and reduce the compliance risks.
4. Update with the new relevant regulations and systematize and update legal documents related to the Company’s business activities.
5. Research, analyze, indicate the legal risks, and advise the Departments on legal issues related to business.
6. Complete the admin tasks in the department.
7. Other duties and tasks as assigned by Managers/ HOD.





Yêu cầu ứng viên


1. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Law.
2. Experience/ Skill/ Competency:
- Having at least 2 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in the same role of in-house Legal counsel, Finance, Retails or relevant industry; Priority will be given to the candidates who used to work at Law firms.
- Having good legal thinking, independent research ability as well as teamwork under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management skill.
- Good problem-solving skill.
- Good command of verbal and written communication by Vietnamese and English.
