Tuyển nhân viên Công ty TNHH Yusen Logistics (Việt Nam) làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh cần tuyển gấp Recruitment Executive
Mô tả công việc
1.Source, select & update candidate’s information to system.
2.Screen candidates resumes and job applications then conduct interviews by using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
3.Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices align with SOP.
4.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to Superior & HR system.
5.Make periodical report as request.
6.Provide evaluation & analytical report about recruitment channels to promote suitable recruitment channel at suitable time.
7. Review & renew the job posting for attract candidates.
8.Participate to HR projects at superior’s request.
9.Support to the rest of the team at superior’s request.
10. Perform responsibilities of Office Staff of HA Group, Human Resource Division, Human Resource Department, Recruitment Section according to Job description issued by Company from time to time (if any) and target/ plan/ tasks assigned by direct Management level of Department and/or Boad of Director of Company.
11. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1.A graduated from University majoring in Business Development, Human Resource Management or other relevant fields
2.At least of 2 years experiences as the role of Recruitment
3.Good communication & negotiation skills
4.Time management
5.Interview, source and selection skills
6.Communicate English fluently
