We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern who is passionate about recruitment and employer branding. If you’re interested in HR, enjoy competitive tasks, and have a background in marketing or business management, we’d love to hear from you!
Your role
Recruitment Support
Manage job postings on LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
Screen potential candidates and advise hiring positions.
Assist in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring KPIs/KGIs.
Track hiring progress and report on recruitment metrics.
Employer Branding
Create engaging content to promote the company’s culture and values.
Contribute to social media and online branding initiatives to increase awareness.
Collaborate with the team to design campaigns and develop company visibility.
Track branding KPIs and provide reports on performance.
Admin task
Help organize events that create a vibrant and positive workplace for our young talents, such as office parties, sports clubs, English clubs, company trips, and job fairs.
Perform additional tasks as requested by the HR team.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Female, 3rd-year
or
final-year students.
Intermediate-level English skills (writing/speaking).
Interest in HR and recruitment
: Passionate about a career in human resources.
Goal-Oriented
: Comfortable working within KPI/KGI frameworks to achieve measurable results.
Background
: Preferably studying Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
Skills
: Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

Internship allowance:
4,000,000 vnd/month
Flexible working hours within office hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
(schedule can be adjusted to fit school schedule).
