Mô tả công việc


Staffs’ On-site trip arrangement (regularly): responsible to handle and manage travel request from projects. Manage, control, and track the travels. Check and follow up with relevant stakeholders to make the trip happens (trip information, VISA, logistics, accommodation, financial process). Follow up with PM and Admin/HR/Finance to resolve trip’s issues;
Staff On-board (monthly): collect and register new staff information and access request, arrange seating plan, check with staffs and IT to have correct working environment PC setup;
Support exit process: collect relevant documents, equipment, etc.
Taking care of working environment status, report and follow up for resolutions if there is any issue happens with working room (doors, camera, power, chairs, desks, phones, any security issues)
Preparing logistics for client visit;
Printing documents, organizing meetings, booking meeting rooms, doing meeting minutes;
Verifying FIN stuff (payment request, cash advance, billing information, ...);
Maintain and update contact details, check and update the billing of Admin services: taxi, telephone, stationery, postage & courier, water, correspondence, Parking, cleaning service, etc; and make monthly payment requests;
Preparing logistics for company events;
Storing files;
Other secretarial & administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


University/College graduate;
Pro-active, careful, autonomous and good teamwork;
Well-organized and result-oriented;
Microsoft office skill; must be advance in Excel;
Can communicate in English;
Problem solving skills;
At least one year of experience in similar positions.
