We are looking for an IC&HR intern with administrative, recruitment and IC experience. This position will work directly with the HR leader in Da Nang.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and handling paperwork.
Help maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry into HR systems.
Support HR staff with day-to-day operations, including responding to employee inquiries and addressing HR-related issues.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Facilitating effective communication and information sharing between departments to ensure consistency and smooth flow of information within the company.
Managing the companys communication channels, including the website, social media pages, and internal information channels.
Editing internal publications, documents, and communication manuals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Collaborating with colleagues to develop ideas for internal events and collective activities that foster a sense of unity and collaboration among staff.
Supporting the organization of media events, social charity activities, and other PR activities to enhance the companys brand and reputation.
Undertaking other duties as assigned by the Management team..
Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Current university student or recent graduate, preferably in Human Resources,Marketing or a related field.
Strong interest in human resources and people management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team.
Previous internship experience in HR or related fields is a plus but not required.
Good English communication (writing, reading, speaking, and listening) is a plus.
Designing is a plus.
