Mô tả công việc
Work closely with Hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the companys hiring needs for each position;
Handle full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening CV, conducting the interview sorting the candidates to fill the opening IT positions;
Define and implement recruitment strategies for short and long term;
Promote companys reputation and attract suitable candidates through candidate databases, social networks, job fair activities, etc;
Execute onboarding and offboarding process;
Collaborate with other networks such as recruitment companies or services, universities, coding schools to get talented candidates.
Yêu cầu
One to Two years of experience in IT recruitment, experience at headhunting firms is a plus.
Solid knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
Dynamic, extroverted, and highly active on social networks and professional platforms.
Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
