Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities:
- Key point of contact for all employees and management team to provide administrative supports
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Prepare HR-related reports and figures as required by local authorities.
- Supporting Manage monthly payroll processing.
- Manage recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and hiring new employees.
- Responsible for monthly/annual HR, Insurance, PIT reports...
- Forecast and control all HR and Operation budget monthly/quarterly/yearly and report to Head Office.
- Collect and organize invoices and related documents for audit and cooperate with Accounting Agent.
- Oversee daily office operations including facility management, maintenance and procurement of supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelors degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- +3 year of experience in HR roles. Have ability for multitasking.
- Good command in Mandarin Chinese & English
- Experience in Admin and Accounting is advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Accountable, trustworthy, and detail oriented
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry or ERP systems is a strong plus.
