JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION BRIEF
Position: Digital
Marketing Executive
Main scope: Email Marketing
Level: Middle - Senior
Working Hour: Full-Time | 100% Remote | Monday-Friday, Vietnam time zone
Candidate Location: Ho Chi Minh City (preferably)
WHAT YOULL DO?
Craft Inspiring Campaigns: Design, execute, and refine B2C email campaigns & flows that engage, nurture, and highly convert.
Segmentation & Personalization: Create targeted email campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior analysis to maximize relevance and impact.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, using data to guide strategic changes.
Automation & Drip Campaigns: Design and manage automated email flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations to refine email marketing strategies.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with content, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand cohesion across monthly and seasonal campaigns.
Design Collaboration & Execution: Brief the design team on email layouts and occasionally dive into design tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Team Development: Support and guide junior team members, nurturing their growth.
Reporting: Create weekly reports, retrospective reports post-campaign, monthly and semi-annually .
REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of experience in B2C Email Marketing (e-commerce or furniture brands are a plus). Juniors are welcome to apply!
Strong grasp of email tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp, with basic HTML knowledge and segmentation experience.
Comfortable analyzing data, running A/B tests, and tweaking strategies based on performance insights.
Ability to create visually engaging and on-brand content, with a high standard for grammar and design quality.
Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines smoothly, whether independently or collaboratively.
BONUS NICE-TO-HAVE:
Located in Ho Chi Minh City
Background in interior design or home decor (U.S. market familiarity a plus)
