JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Interior Design & Concept Development
Project Layout Design: Develop interior layouts for retail and showroom spaces, trade shows, partner collaborations, and conceptual interiors for rendering.
Creative Conceptualization: Undertake design projects from concept to completion, defining unique spatial experiences that align with brand aesthetics.
Partner Collaboration: Interpret and translate partner and client needs into detailed plans and layouts during project "brief" phases.
Styling & Guidelines: Research and propose styling guidelines, focusing on enhancing retail experiences and creating cohesive brand expressions.
2. Research & Industry Trends
Market Research: Stay updated on industry changes, emerging trends, and best practices to incorporate innovative ideas into designs
Material & Furniture Trends: Explore and recommend materials, furniture styles, and layouts that elevate spatial quality and design effectiveness
3. Support for Marketing & Branding
3D Visual Collaboration: Work closely with 3D visualizers to ensure marketing and branding campaigns align with interior concepts and layouts.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Marketing and Branding teams to deliver high-quality visuals and cohesive storytelling for campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Experience: Proven working experience in designing and decorating interior spaces, particularly in retail and showroom environments.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design, material selection, and interior styling.
Software Expertise: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, and other design programs essential for layout and visualization.
Expertise in layout design, lighting, color theory, materials selection, and custom furniture specifications
Expertise in Designing layouts for retail and showroom spaces.
Brand Alignment: Familiarity with translating brand aesthetics into spatial designs.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of furniture and design trends, with the ability to propose innovative ideas that reflect market demands.
