Mô tả công việc
● 负责分行法律文本、重要制度、信贷业务的审核和法律事务的管理;To be responsible for reviewing all kinds of branchs legal documents, important regulations and policies,credit business; managing legal affairs
● 负责制定、完善反洗钱合规管理制度,指导前台部门落实客户身份识别监管要求,评估客户洗钱风险并进行风险管理;
To be responsible for formulating and improving AML compliance management system, guiding the front office in implementing customer identification requirements, assessing and managing money laundering risk
● 及时更新、内部分配监管制度、文件;To follow and update the regulatory policies and assign them to relevant departments to handle with.
● 制定与完善分行内部制度、流程;To establish and improve internal policies and procedures.
● 负责操作风险的监测、评估和处置;To be responsible for monitoring, evaluating and disposing of operational risk
● 为领导或有关部门提供法律咨询和相关报告;To provide legal advisory and related reports to leaders or relevant departments
● 分行员工进行合规培训;To conduct compliance training to branch staff
● 执行其他主管交办工作;To perform other related jobs required by supervisors
Yêu cầu
● 大学本科以上学历,具有法律背景;Bachelor degree or above with legal study backgrand
● 具有敏锐的风险管控意识;strong sense of risk management and control
● 较强的逻辑分析和解决问题的能力;Excellent analytic and problem solving ability
● 乐观开朗,具备良好的团队合作精神;Good team player, optimistic and sociable
● 具有较强的语言表达能力,善于沟通,中文流畅;Good ability of communication and presentation, with good command of Chinese.
● 从事金融机构法律合规相关工作经验的优先;Previous experience in a similar legal or compliance position in financial institution is preferred
