Mô tả công việc
• Prepare legal documents for the Boards meetings and GMS defined in the Charter of the Company;
• General management of the Board and GMS;
• Reviewing, negotiating, and managing all Commercial Agreements;
• Coordinating and working with outsourcing trusted law firms to guarantee the best Terms and Conditions, as well as the performance of Commercial Agreements;
• Supporting the CEO in drafting and establishing the Companys Regulations;
• Supporting the CEO and other managers in managing and directing the Company on the daily basis according to the Companys Charter and Regulations;
Yêu cầu
Trình độ học vấn/ Educational qualification:
• Bachelors degree in law. Masters degree preferred.
Kinh nghiệm làm việc/ Work experience:
• Construction law expert preferred
Kiến thức, kỹ năng/ Knowledge, skills:
• Fluent in English, Rich Legal knowledge
Yêu cầu khác/ Other requirements:
