Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the banks compliance programs and policies.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits across departments.
• Monitor and report on regulatory developments and advise management on necessary actions.
• Provide legal support and review for contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
• Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
• Conduct staff training on legal and compliance requirements.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Law or equivalent;
• Minimum 01 years of experience in legal or compliance roles or law firm;
• Good understanding of banking regulations, financial laws, and compliance frameworks;
• Good communication in English;
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office, Presentation;
• Good sense of cautiousness, carefulness, high responsibility, teamwork, and reporting.
