The Legal Specialist at Citics is responsible for providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with legal matters in the companys business activities. This role requires a deep understanding of legal regulations, strong negotiation and contract drafting skills, and the ability to resolve legal disputes. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
Negotiate, draft, review, and revise contracts arising from the companys operations (e.g., business cooperation agreements, service contracts, share purchase agreements, sales contracts, etc.).
Prepare documents and handle administrative procedures for business registration, modifications, and other procedures related to valuation activities.
Support investment fundraising processes, assess and advise on transaction structures and related legal issues.
Draft, review, and revise internal company governance documents (e.g., charters, policies, shareholder agreements), internal regulations, and management documents (e.g., official letters, resolutions, meeting minutes, notices, proposals).
Register intellectual property protection for the companys technological applications, trademarks, and related activities.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelors degree or higher in Law; currently pursuing or holding a lawyers practicing certificate.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in startups, real estate, or finance.
Proficiency in English, especially for communication, reading, and drafting documents, is a strong advantage.
Solid knowledge of laws related to corporate and intellectual property.
Excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and dispute resolution skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to a continuously evolving and dynamic work environment.
