Position Description
Apolat Legal is looking for Paralegals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 01 years of experience in practice. The position is open to candidates who are detail-oriented, organized and possess superior interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for working closely with the lawyers and communicating with clients to ensure that various duties are completed to a high standard, focusing on corporate and investment law, M&A, intellectual property and commercial transactions. Candidates must be capable of multi-tasking while maintaining precise attention to details.
The recruitment for Paralegals are currently open for 01 positions. Below are some of the requirements we need the candidates to satisfy for the recruitment:
Responsibilities Include
Researching the law applicable to cases and matters.
Conducting necessary and appropriate discovery and drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, and opinions.
Effectively and efficiently undertaking routine document analysis and contract drafting.
Implementing administrative procedures in the corporation and investment field.
Working closely with other Associates and Partners on legal projects, reporting all activity and results to the Associate-in-charge.
Handling caseload and providing expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks.

Qualifications, Skills, and Expertise Required
To be considered for this position, you must hold:
The Bachelors degree in Law Major.
Exceptional writing, analytical, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to speak, read and write in both English and Vietnamese fluently (IELTS minimum 6.0 overall (in which reading and writing are not less than 6.0) or Toeic (4 skills): minimum 750.
Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule with extended hours when required.
Working Time:
Full-time;
From Monday to Friday.
