Mô tả công việc
Staying updated with applicable music copyright laws & practices.
Drafting, reviewing and advising contracts/agreements required by Company to ensure legality of contracts/agreements.
Assisting in conducting legal research and analysis to support decision making and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Handling legal processes and documents of the Company.
Managing legal issues with relevant external agencies.
Acting as the legal consultant for customers and Company on all legal issues including copyright service.
Building and nurturing good relationships with potential clients.
Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
Bachelors Degree in Laws
At least 1 year of experience in the same position. Fresh graduates are accepted.
Thorough understanding of intellectual property, enterprise and commercial law and regulations, with ability to apply them effectively.
Proficiency in collecting, organising and classifying information and documents relevant to the legal issues.
Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and English.
Eager to learn & grow willing to work hard and ability to endure work pressure.
Love music is a plus.
