Mô tả công việc
(1)Review and draft of contract, agreement, and any other documents related to company business activity and necessity;
(2)Review and provide legal advice on corporate documents required in connection with any relevant corporate action and comply with the prevailing law;
(3)Responsible to identify legal issues and provide legal opinion and advice for senior level management on highly technical matters;
(4)Keeping up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation, compliances, guidelines and provide regular reports on business opportunities and documents legislation affecting company business and/or policies;
(5)Develop, maintain and strengthen liaison and work relationship with companys legal team, and Vietnams government and/or related institutions to facilitate efficient communication (optional) .
Yêu cầu
(1)With at least 6 years relevant working experience regarding foreign company registration and foreign direct investment;
(2)With at least 6 years of experience in local laws firm;
(3)With local lawyer qualification;
(4)With excellent language skills in English or Mandarin
;
(5)Familiar with construction laws and regulations in Indonesia, including but not limited to Foreign Construction Service Enterprise and JV establishment, joint operation between Foreign Construction Service Enterprise and local construction company, draft and review of construction contact under Indonesia laws;
(6)Familiar with registration procedure for Foreign Investment Company and have good communication with local government;
(7)Familiar with Foreign Investment Company registration, labor, legal due diligence, review and draft of contract under Indonesian laws;
(8)With the experience of providing legal consultation (as retainer) for foreign company in Vietnam.
