Mô tả công việc
1. Organizing monthly Compliance Forum and facilitating discussions among plant representatives with regard to compliance and sustainability thereby, arriving at action points to be implemented across relevant SBUs, whilst, preparing meeting minutes to be circulated among the group
2. Preparing the MERP (MAS Environmental Reporting Program) by collecting environmental data relevant to water, electricity, emissions,... and updating the system with the help of MAS IT team in order to facilitate the establishment of sustainability KPIs within the organization
3. Updating the compliance intranet on a regular basis whilst, uploading relevant information with regard to audits etc. to factory database in order to ensure that relevant/ accurate data is available at all times
4. Ensuring adherence to organizational standards in areas such as MOS, SOPs, compliance standards, health and safety and 5S in all day today activities whilst assisting in relevant projects
5. Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
Yêu cầu
- Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field (Engineering / environmental sustainability/...);
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience including exposure to Compliance activities/ Sustainability implementation / Good Project Management skills; having experience in Manufacturing Company, special in Garment Factory would be an advantage.
- Good command in English;
- Analytical, Good communication and Interpersonal skill;
- Organized and detail oriented;
- Methodical and responsiveness.
