Mô tả công việc


1/ Assistant and Chinese Translation
:
Provide administrative support to the Line Manager, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and arranging travel.
Act as the primary translator, translating both written and verbal communication from Chinese to Vietnamese to facilitate clear communication between the Line Manager and Vietnamese-speaking clients, partners, and team members.
Translate and manage documents, reports, and presentations .
2/
Sales Support
:
Assist the sales team with market research, data analysis, and preparing reports to support sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
Serve as the point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal departments (such as marketing and finance) to support sales activities and projects.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Languages, or a related field.
Proficiency in Chinese and Vietnamese, with strong translation skills.
Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a sales support role is preferred.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
