Outcubator is looking for a Japanese Speaking Service Desk Officer who wants to level-up their career in the payment industry. If you are highly motivated and speak good Japanese and English, we are hiring for Japanese Speaking Service Desk Officer to join our team in Hanoi.
Job description
Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact to ensure smooth communication between Outcubator and its different partners in Japan.
Support in opening new entities in Japan.
Collaborate with the accounting team to:
Review supporting documents and make payment requests in the systems.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Prepare the monthly budget for the Japan entity.
Communicate with the local accountant to fulfill the entity s tax and compliance responsibilities such as filing Corporate tax returns, VAT declarations, and Financial statements
Assist various teams with translating documents in Japanese
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes related to payments and financial services, especially in Japan, to provide informed support and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Handle administrative tasks such as account setup, verification, and documentation per company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Technical Support to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
Other tasks as assigned by the team lead and board of management.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Fluent proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to perform tasks such as invoicing, and payment processing is a plus
Strong communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, with a dedication to delivering high-quality support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including MS Office suite and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
