Mô tả công việc
Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from key stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable system requirements.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
Participate in system design and development activities, including data modeling, process flows, and interface specifications.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
Develop comprehensive test cases to validate system functionality and performance.
Execute test cases and analyze test results to identify and resolve defects.
Work closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in project planning, execution, and deployment activities.
Provide technical support and guidance to the implementation team.
Monitor system performance post-deployment and address any issues or enhancements.
Yêu cầu
At least 5 years of professional experience in driving system requirements in a bank for Loans Management
Systems (ideally using Temenos Transact)
Must have experience in Philippines market or Asia
Understanding of system integration landscape for Loans Management Systems for secured and unsecured lending products across retail and commercial banking
Part of the execution team for a minimum 2 projects, and have work end to end on that project from requirements to deployment
Able to clearly articulate business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirement and interface specifications
Able to translate business requirements to testable system requirements and write test cases and test outcome for each requirement
