* To set up and manage quality assurance system in MMVN, according to:
+ The MM Mega Market VN requirement (such as Self Control System...)
+ Regulatory requirement
- To carry out crisis management as regulated by the MM Mega Market.
- To participate in national/international organization whenever necessary

* ROLES
- Coordinate with all relevant people/departments/organizations inside or outside MMVN to set up and manage quality assurance system in MMVN
- Directly report to LP - IA - QA Associate Director
- Functionally report to other BOM any deviations found out in MMVN and suggest the corrections

* KEY RESULT AREAS

* Product/Purchase related tasks:
- Implementation and development of a preventive quality assurance system to ensure a continuous quality with special respect to own brands, fliers, imports and fresh products.
- Using methods/tools/tasks such as supplier audits, definition of priorities of product requirements with respect to the risk level of the product, selection of laboratories, coordination of product analyses (analytical and sensorial), legal check of product labels, system for recognizing and managing non-conformities, contact to authorities, customer complaints/inquiries, statistical evaluation of claims...

* Stores/platforms:
- Implementation and guidance of a risk management system (based on HACCP or Self Control System of the MM Mega Market, to confirm the compliance with hygiene demands at the outlets by setting up standards and control system especially in the areas: cleaning, disinfection, pest control, personnel hygiene, logistic, cold chain, staff training and implementation of legal requirements.
- Give approvals of hygiene condition of facilities in fresh food departments, whenever necessary.

* Crisis management:
- Dealing with all product and hygiene related alerts
- Building up a recall system

* Authorities related tasks:
- Regulation collection, training, application and monitoring
- Authorities correspondence
- Testing and analysis service center correspondence

* Participation in national/international organization whenever necessary

Requirements:
- University degree and over, preferably in food, chemical or technological faculties
- Minimum 10 years working in senior management of quality assurance/quality control
- Good knowledge in standards of quality systems (GMP/ISO 9000/HACCP/ IFS...)
- Good communication and negotiation skills and ability to earn respect and trust from peers, subordinates and external parties including governmental bodies and customers.
- Good at English
