Future Opportunity: Potential to advance to an Outside Sales role. Male candidates are preferred.
Reports To: Chief Representative
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the global Inside Sales team to prepare quotations, project proposals, and provide technical and commercial clarifications.
2. Assist the Chief Representative and
Business Development Manager
in preparing office and project-related documentation.
3. Maintain and expand the companys database of prospects.
4. Conduct sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other business activities.
5. Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibitions, and events.
6. Make follow-up calls and emails to cross-sell or up-sell to existing customers.
7. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, discuss pricing, credit terms, and prepare sales reports.
8. Monitor customer payments and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
9. Participate in periodic training programs to enhance skills.
Yêu cầu
1. Education: Degree in Electronics, Automation, Chemical, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of sales or
telesales
experience; knowledge of instrumentation is an advantage.
3. Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills, fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
4. Personal Qualities:
- Self-motivated and energetic with a high level of enthusiasm.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for sales events or exhibitions.
