Mô tả công việc
Managed and developed product formulas for dairy-related beverages in the laboratory, pilot scale, and production line.
Participate in product development with suppliers and attend training and technical seminars from suppliers (workshops, training classes, etc.).
Conduct testing and monitoring of the shelf-life of products under development to ensure product safety before market launch.
Collaborate with Marketing to conduct consumer testing (CLT), generate ideas for new product development, and report on CLT results and improvements based on consumer feedback.
Understand and be clear about the regulations regarding permissible and restricted raw materials for products under research and labeling components for the HACCP system.
Participate in drafting the BOM (Bill of Materials), raw material standards, finished products, and premix for trials and commercial production before running tests or output.
Participate in drafting and proposing continuous improvements in the product development process within the R&D department.
Collaborate with the factory to resolve issues related to product formulas.
Intern and regularly practice sensory skills and continuous product quality evaluation to guide product development in line with consumer needs.
Monitor and update the progress of product development and related tasks, and report to management.
Yêu cầu
Bachelors or masters degree in food technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
At least 5-7 years of experience in R&D, with preference given to candidates with experience in the food and beverage industry, especially dairy.
Strong knowledge of product research and development processes, testing methods, product formulations, and quality standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, suppliers, and related departments.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions and improve product development processes.
