Mô tả công việc
Main purpose of the position:
• Responsible for facilitating SNOP Supply review and master production plan. Lead and develop capability for Material Planner and Detail Scheduler.
Job responsibilities:
Supply Planning Lead:
• Is responsible for facilitating the S&OP supply review for their market and the production, materials and logistics and warehousing alignment processes that lead up to the supply review
• Co-ordinates cross functionally to resolve identified capacity issues / risks across the S&OP horizon
• Ensures transparency of supply chain constraints, assumptions, risks and opportunities
• Ensures supply chain constraints are aligned with current demonstrated capability, propose option to maintain sufficient stock for sales.
• Co-ordinates supply chain response to commercial opportunities / gap closing, activities that require supply chain support
• Lead Detail scheduling and Material planning to ensure production plan.
Master Production Planning:
• Responsible for supply of inhouse (Hue Brewery, PSBC)
• Takes care of everything in the MPP process end to end.
• Responsible for resolving and communicating supply issues that impact external demand, keeping demand planning, sales, marketing and customer services informed
• Responsible for managing the transition period between master production planning and detailed scheduling
• Responsible for collaborating with the DRP planner, Production scheduler and Material Planning
• Responsible for defining the constraint load on factories and ensuring underpinning assumptions are maintained through monthly capability review meetings with manufacturing as well as logistics and warehousing
• Through material planning, has a clear understanding of critical raw material constraints and required lead times to react
• Manages the mid-term capacity versus demand, reporting back to the S&OP process
• Oversees the execution of seasonal stock build plans
• Run monthly, weekly capability reviews, clearly documenting assumptions
Yêu cầu
• Bachelors degree
• Working Experience: 3-5 years in Planning, Supply chain field
• Experience with ERP
• Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain.
• Good communication, analytical, planning and problem solving skills
• Good Technical skills: MS Excel, Powerpoint.
