Mô tả công việc
Handle export/ import by air shipments by following up with customer requirements indicated in SOP.
Respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate information.
Ensure issues are tackled immediately and escalate to Team Leader/Manager Above when there are potential claims or cost impacts.
To communicate with vendors; oversea customers; company s network and local customers to ensure all cargo is properly arranged in line with SOP and/or other special customer’s requirements, carriers, local authorities.
To ensure that all cargo has been processed/delivered on time without extra-charges incurring.
To ensure all assignments are met within the specified deadline.
To ensure good teamwork to cooperate with others department to contribute with Team leader in developing workload.
Input data accuracy and well update in system. Assure the matching between system and actual cost.
Other assignments as per team’s leader and Manager Above request.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
College or Bachelor’s Degree Certificate
Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Good communication skills; Good analysis skills, results orientation and carefully .
Problem solving skills.
Prefer at Chinese language is an advantage.
