Mô tả công việc


- Manage the project from product design, tooling development, mold trial and MP stage. Make sure all are stage are within schedule and qualified.
- Work with Production/QA about customer requirements to make sure the product meet all requirements.
- Consult other departments including Production, QC on quality of product as the view of Technical.
- Provide to QA/QC/Sales/Production about standards and technical problems to ensure on time shipment.
- Make sure all the drawing will be followed the new drawing procedure.
- Ensure high productivity, efficiency, minimize mistake.
- Ensure the technical drawing must be matched with approved material standard, dimension standard, quality manual.
- Directly control the sample process in the company and at suppliers to ensure on schedule as prescribed.
- Read all Protocols from customers to know standards for testing.
- Research and assign construction for products to make sure they will pass the test.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
- Educational Background: Engineering major in Plastics Processing, Designing, Mechanical or other Technical related ones
- Experience working in Technical and Sample Development in Plastics Company
- Good English skill, Proficiency in spoken Chinese is an considerable advantage.

- Good Leadership Skill
- Good at CAD, Inventor and other drawing software
