Mô tả công việc
1.New Product Development (NPD):
Develop and document formulations, research outlines, and product specifications.
Implement and oversee mass production formulas and processes, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
Maintain regulatory compliance in ingredient usage and product labeling.
Partner with Marketing for sensory testing and identify new raw material sources.
2.Product Improvement:
Conduct market research on competitive products and integrate findings into current product improvements.
Identify and assess substitute raw materials to ensure production continuity.
3.Export Product Support:
Prepare and provide necessary technical documentation and production formulations for export projects.
4.Issue Resolution:
Address any formulation or process-related challenges and troubleshoot as needed.
Participate in new equipment evaluations when required.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology or related majors from renowned universities.
Minimum 5 years in R&D within the dairy, food, or beverage industry, with proven tenure at each company
Experience with OEM production (domestic or international market).
Proficiency in English, (preferably TOEIC 780+ or IELTS 6.5+)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; sensory evaluation skills are advantageous.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Quyền lợi
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: District 4, HCMC
Salary Range: up to 50 million VND (Gross)
Annual Leave: 17 days
100% salary during probation period. 24/7 accident insurance from the probation period.
13th-month salary and performance-based bonus (up to 2.5 months)
