Mô tả công việc
Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the accounting team in order to ensure compliance with accounting standard, internal finance policy and other internal policies.
• Manage and monitor the preparation of periodical internal and statutory reports including but not limited to: management reports, financial statements, BS reconciliation, Cash flow, tax reports, cost analysis...
• Review all transactions posted in the accounting software in compliance with VAS and companys policy
• Record all transactions as well as perform month end and year end in accounting system.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review, proceed and make sure all payment is lawful, regular and in compliance with COA.
• Assist in VAT refund and tax inspection processes.
• Support and guide accounting team of branches to manage statutory books, compute tax payment accurately and implement control procedures.
• Participate in internal audit procedures examining business operation.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants and tax authorities for tax and accounting matters.
• Organize and ensure adequate preservation and storage of all accounting documents.
• Update new policies and regulation on tax issues to improve the businesss efficiency.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practice in accounting operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial processes with company objectives.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Other tasks required by F&A manager & Unit Head.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax in Vietnam. At least four to five year experience in the same position in factory or foreign-owned companies.
• Experience in corporate set up is a plus.
• Good English communication, MS office and ERP software.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Honest, careful, eager to learn, well organized and be able to work under pressure.
• Positive and supportive attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
