Main duties:
- Project Management experience - Ability to smoothly align with a myriad of cross-functional teams spread across multiple geographies
- Work closely with UX/UI
designer

developer
s, marketing teams, and customer support to ensure product features meet customer expectations and are delivered on time.
- Ensure products comply with banking regulations, security standards, and internal policies.
- Run daily scrum meetings - daily standups with clients, client technical teams and Mar Tech Ops teams - SG & HK
- Sprint reporting - Backlog and velocity
- Adobe Campaign experience - functional knowledge
- Conflict Management and stakeholders management experience - client and onshore Accenture teams

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance / banking or related fields
- Strong leadership, Project and Stakeholder Management skills
- Aware of data flow across tools - Pega, Adobe Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics
- Ability to drive ACM technical troubleshooting and look for avenues of improvement and optimization in ways of working
