Capture and coordinate Digital Transformation delivery & initiatives across the organization
Develop and Maintain Balanced Digital Transformation scorecard. Highlight, communicate and update any deviation from the key KPIs/SLAs/OLIs
Maintain holistic view of delivery proposition (status, timeline, RAG, RAID) and provide timely updates for different audience
Manage stakeholders from delivery teams up to senior management
Communicate digital transformation roadmap across the organization.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 10+ years of work experience.
Strong communication & presentation skills (verbally & presentations) in Vietnamese and English
Previous experience and knowledge around Digital Transformation and related best practices. For example (but not limited); Data, AI, GenAI, cloud and automation
Previous experience to use visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Qlic), to automate data stream visualization
Wide knowledge and experience around common tools used for delivery (Office, Jira, Confluent)
Experience of best Delivery Practices including modern Agile methodologies as well as waterfall and how to optimize them
Preferred to have; education, and/or certifications providing solid background for digital transformation
