We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Manager to join our Investment Department, focusing on a mix of strategic investments in lifestyle sectors and financial investments (stocks and startups). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills, with a deep understanding of financial due diligence and investment analysis. This role requires a candidate who can work hands-on independently and can contribute to both our strategic vision and day-to-day investment activities.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic investment opportunities in lifestyle sectors
• Conduct thorough financial due diligence for investments independently and track portfolio performance.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial analysis for target companies.
• Assist in managing and overseeing portfolio companies post-investment, ensuring they align with the Groups strategic goals.
• Participate in the operation management of the investees.
• Prepare investment proposals for new investment opportunities.
• Analyze and evaluate potential financial investments, mostly stocks. Understand and able to apply technical analysis for stock investments and conduct fundamental analysis.
• Build financial models and supporting investment decision-making processes.
• Provide financial analysis insight and guidance to less-experienced team members
• Other tasks as assigned from Head of Investment
Yêu cầu
• Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or a related field. MBA and/or CFA are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years in audit or investment roles. Highly prefer experience in financial due diligence, ideally in private equity, venture capital, or asset management.
• Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts/ insightful visual displays.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with subsidiaries.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent English.
• C++ coding skills or willingness to learn coding would be nice to have.
• Attention to details.

• Be able to adapt new technologies and tools.
