Mô tả công việc
This position will be overseeing the reporting functions within an organization. This includes managing profit and loss (P/L) by products, models, and channels, as well as strengthening Marketing budget control and reviewing cost effectiveness to improve key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, this position is responsible for inventory control, cash management, and driving digital transformation in reporting processes. The detailed tasks will be as below:
1. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports including:
• Month end/Quarterly/ Year end -close process: ensure all transaction posted accuracy, follow the company regulation and as timeline.
• In charge of preparing Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly P/L, BS forecast.
• In charge of management reporting system to BODs and HQ.
2. Taking leadership in working with each product category head in profit controlling.
3. Ensure all GL account MUST reconciliation by monthly.
4. Supervise and development team members to align with accountings regulation and vision.
5. In charge of Internal and External audit such as KPMG for external audit, HQ audit if required.
6. Other tasks required by AFD/F
Yêu cầu
• University Graduate or higher in Accounting/Finance
• From 5 years working experience for this position in Management Reporting.
• Fluent in English is a must
• Strong leadership skill with high attention in detail and accuracy.
• Good interpersonal skills, team building skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases especially proficiency in Power BI, Data processing is preferable.
