Mô tả công việc
Understand Banking workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Experience in basic banking operations and user-related services such as: account opening, deposits and withdrawals, domestic, remittance etc.
Monitor and update project progress, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timelines and quality.
Handle procedures and legal documentation related to payment, banking activities.
Ensure compliance with financial and local payment regulations.
Develop partnership models with payment platform, banking partners.
Schedule Agent promotion campaigns as per plan
Measure, track and manage sales targets and budgets for the location
Visits to the field and branches to ensure correct implementations of agency banking strategies, policies and compliance
Yêu cầu
At least 3-4 years of experience working in Fintech companies, banks, or financial institutions
Proven experience in project management, monitoring, and cross-department collaboration.
Proficient in handling legal procedures and project documentation.
Skills:
Strong understanding of partnership models between payment platform, banking institutions
In-depth knowledge of payment workflows, including transaction processing and risk management.
Proficient in English for communication
Excellent time management, progress tracking, and project reporting skills.
