Conduct training & coaching needs analysis of assigned collections frontline teams to propose and develop appropriate training & coaching programs
Develop documents according to training and coaching programs agreed with management level of the assigned collections teams
Plan and prepare necessary steps to implement training & coaching programs agreed with management level of assigned collections teams.
Implement training and coaching programs agreed with management level in forms appropriate to characteristics of assigned collections teams
Statistics, analysis, and reporting on results of implementation of training and coaching programs agreed with management level of assigned collections teams and propose solutions to improve implementation efficiency.
Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Bachelor degree
Have knowledge of Finance & Banking industry
03 - 05 years of experience working in training positions prefer working experience related to Collections Call or Field.
Good at Communication, presentation, Negotiation skills
Proficient office computer skills
Basic English skills
