JOB DESCRIPTION: ACCOUNTANT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Management:


Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.

Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions in the accounting system.


Tax Compliance:


Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, etc.).

Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.


Budgeting and Reporting:


Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

Generate regular financial reports for management review.


Accounts Payable and Receivable:


Manage invoicing, collections, and payments to suppliers.

Reconcile accounts receivable and payable regularly.


Audit and Documentation:


Prepare documents and coordinate with auditors during annual audits.

Maintain organized and secure accounting records for easy retrieval.

Yêu cầu
Skills and Experience:


Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum
2 years of experience
in accounting or a similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Misa, QuickBooks, or SAP) and MS Office (Excel).

Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax regulations.


Preferred Qualifications:


CPA or ACCA certification is an advantage.

Experience in working with e-commerce or logistics companies is a plus.

Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable.


Personal Traits and Soft Skills:


High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
