Duties and Responsibilities:​
1. Managing and handling exchange rate differences:
- Check, record and process all foreign currency transactions.
- Ensure accurate accounting according to legal regulations and accounting standards.
2. Complete records and reports:
- Carry out periodic tax reports.
- Prepare internal reports as required by the Board of Directors.
- Complete legal documents related to financial accounting.
- Complete monthly accounting books
3. Check and record transactions:
- Compare data between accounts, check the balance between detailed and general accounting data.
- Control and review accounting operations to ensure accuracy and transparency.
4. Other work as assigned:
- Support departments when necessary.
- Proactively propose improvements to the accounting process that are suitable for the business.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
You have:
- Bachelors degree in Accountant or related field.
- Good understanding of Vietnamese Tax and Accounting system. Proficient in using Fast Accounting software or equivalent software.
- Have 3 years experience in the same position. Priority is given to candidates who have worked in an international trading or import-export environment.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Understanding of handling exchange rate differences and regulations on foreign currency transactions.
- English communication.
